如图，我想用一个sqllite的 .db 文件，但是打开后就乱码了，导入到数据库中也是乱码，数据为中文格式，但是看不了，各位见多识广，可否给点帮助，感谢了。

Python has a module that seems to be called chardet. You can check it. If you find it troublesome, use Notepad++ to check the encoding. It is displayed in the lower right corner
