python3.x - python -m pip install -U pip升级pip

按照此文安装了python3.6和python2.7 然后升级pip的时候 出现了需要升级python的site-packages,跪求大神！！！十分感谢。

Doesn’t the line below say that your pip is already a new version? You only need to upgrade pip for earlier versions. How can you upgrade pip for the new version you just downloaded?
