业务场景：现在用户下了一个订单，准备支付，如果3分钟之内没有支付成功，则将订单取消
我现在是这么想的，下单后利用RabbitMQ发送一个延迟消息，延迟3分钟，然后消息消费者接到消息后，检查订单是否已经支付成功，若没有支付成功，则将订单取消掉！
这样是否可以？
对于消息队列，如果我发送一个消息，那消费者那边是立即会收到么？还是？

Depends on the network conditions and whether the consumer is free.
If all consumers are executing, they will not be able to get the message.
