spring - JavaWEB如何进阶水平?

题主大三了,目前在实习,每天做的感觉都是重复性工作,项目也都是SSM框架之类的搭建出来后,开始写业务逻辑,现在工作不像最初学习的时候每天都有进步的感觉,当然我水平也不怎么的,所以很迷茫,不知道下一步该怎么迈出,求指导
