在QQ 或者 微信哪里点击我们公司的网址，然后会在QQ 或者 微信内部打开网址，然后现在的需求要在这个网页下面添加如图 下载App 这一栏，点击以后直接跳转到AppStore的下载页，有什么方式吗，是通过腾讯的开发者哪里来申请吗？？？
