ios - 一次性添加大量联系人

Question

领导要求向通讯录里面一次性添加大量联系人(1000个)
测试了下 手机整个都卡住了, 有没有什么好的解决方案啊
还有删除的时候, 点击删除进入通讯录查看显示的是没有刚才添加的联系人了, 但是过一会又会出来一部分, 再删除一次才行
求大神指导
