python3.x - PyDev 已经正确安装，但是window->preferences中并没有python

如图，我已经正确安装了pydev，但是却没有python解释器的配置项，并且new python项目的时候，也没有响应的栏目，这是怎么回事？是不是eclipse中可以设置禁止安装插件呢？求解答。
