android 6.0开发卸载软件后未针对此用户安装删除是因为软件原因还是因为系统原因

我用nexus 5系统6.0 卸载uc，卸载很干净，而卸载自己开发的软件却没有办法卸载干净，需要进入应用管理器去卸载，而且那里有个提示：未针对此用户安装。需要添加什么权限或者限制吗，是要针对当前用户吗，要怎么操作，怎样了解全部的新特性，官方文档没看到特别详细的。
