This error is not caused by you deleting a package or update. Please pay attention to the meaning of the SDK Update Sites tab. This is a list of server addresses that can currently provide SDK updates. The checked items indicate the servers that will be accessed after the SDK Manager starts or when it automatically checks for updates on a daily basis. As for that error message, it is an unknown error. It may be caused by an internal error in Manager. You can ignore it and it will not affect your SDK update.
