MySQL数据库只备份了数据库文件夹下的文件.frm格式的，还能恢复吗？

wdcp面板下MySQL的数据库备份，只是备份了data目录下的整个数据库文件夹，一直没注意，知道服务器挂掉才发现，这时候数据库直接复制只有7张表，其他的都无法显示，其他的是frm文件，不知道有什么办法恢复
