最近想要做一个App，希望用户能够从图标上就获得信息。
想实现类似系统时钟指针转动那样的动态效果
如果不行的话，不追求动态效果，icon能不能改变成别的图片

This is a private API, unless you use a jailbroken device
This feature is easily abused. Imagine if the full-screen icons were dynamic, it would undoubtedly increase energy consumption and make the user experience worse. Everyone is moving and I can’t watch it
