linux - Kali虚拟机内存分配

我的mac内存为4G，打算在VM ware
上安装kali ，请问各位大大们内存分配多少才能既能使虚拟机不要太卡，又能让物理机流畅呢？谢谢～

You can allocate 1G memory for use first. The virtual machine memory that does not meet the requirements can be changed at any time.
