1. Are you sure it is an Intel CPU?
2. Have you entered Bios and opened Virtualization Teaching? (There are bugs in the BIOS of some machines. You may not enable it because you think it is enabled, such as HP, so you have to worry a lot)

For Android development, it is better to use a real machine for debugging. The simulator is slow, cumbersome and imperfect. The actual experience is different because users will run your program on the real machine√
