Look for the wampserver configuration file, or look for the MYSQL path setting option from the GUI. Specify the MYSQL directory you installed later. Try it. I have never used wampserver. ^_^

Personally, I feel that once you have installed one, you don’t need to install it again. Moreover, on a platform as complex as Windows, the failure rate is too high.
