c - linux中usleep和sleep的底层实现是否存在差别？

我在用c实现一个服务器端cgi时，中间用到usleep，然后浏览器端访问cgi就不能获得结果，而将usleep替换为sleep之后就能输出结果，请问这两者是否在底层实现上存在差异？休眠时间是一样的。

The implementation of sleep and usleep is the same, both call nanosleep.
But the unit of sleep is seconds, and the unit of usleep is microseconds...
