c++ - 一个out-of-line definition of 'xxx' does not match any的问题

本来这段代码是没问题的，然后我为了支持arm64换了一个版本的opencv2.framework然后就出现了这个问题。由于我只是个C++小白，基本完全看不懂，求大神解答一下哈。。。

Update the EasyPR library.

This is a bug they had before: https://github.com/liuruoze/EasyPR/issues/59
The author has confirmed and fixed it.
