我经常在windows环境下 学习python，请大家推荐一款IDE 好用的。我现在用的是自带的Python GUI。版本是2.7

    You can use the free community version first, and then buy the professional version if you feel it is necessary

    If you like to mess around, please use Vim
    If you like IDE, use PyCharm Community Edition (free) as @0bit said
