浏览器兼容性 - html5的input range类型在安卓微信上无法滑动

在iPhone上或者是安卓下的chrome浏览器都是没问题的，但是在微信下就是没办法滑动，只能点，用QQ浏览器也是同样不行，当然，这两个都是一个内核的，X5内核！
不知道是否有遇到同样的问题的呢？或者是否有解决方法！
