You are thinking too much, hexo is a static blog generation tool, just like jekyll, except that hexo is implemented using nodejs. In fact, hexo is deployed to git for static blog pages. git only provides storage of static web pages ofGitHub Pages.
If the subject wants to deploy nodejs applications, there are Heroku abroad, SEA domestically, etc. Baidu BAE seems to charge a fee.
There are also some cloud IDEs abroad that provide free VPS and can also deploy corresponding applications. You can try products such as Koding and Cloud9.
