    I think it should be divided into which system it should be written on. If it is written on Win or OS, Sublime should be more suitable.
    If in Linux, VIM is still first, Sublime is second, something like that.

    Don’t know what “heavyweight” is.
    webstorm is the best, bar none. Sublime and the like are completely childish.
