php - composer安装失败

一直出现这段错误提示，真的不知道怎么搞，php.ini的openssl已经启动了，查看phpinfo也能查看到openssl，我用的xampp集成的，php版本为5.6，求教啊，

在命令行里面 php -m 看一下。可能你是配置的 web 下面的 php.ini 而不是 cli 下面的 php.ini
