Problems with the connection between the face recognition terminal iVMS-4200 and the base

The face recognition terminal iVMS-4200 displays an error when connecting to the mysql database. I tried the following video on YouTube. But when saving it shows an error. please help. I'm attaching a picture.

Try MySQL 5.0.45. It will work.
