I'm having a scrolling issue on my site and I don't understand why. Only on Chrome sometimes scrolling doesn't work. I tried disabling all the code I wrote but the problem persists. In safari, scrolling works great.

There doesn't seem to be anything specific that triggers the problem, I mean I can't find a specific place where leaving the cursor triggers the problem.
I tried removing all the code I wrote and disabling scripts.
