Vue 3 components cannot be displayed in Laravel project

I've tried everything I can think of, but despite getting no build errors, I can't get the Vue components to load in my very simple project. I don't understand why, but when trying to view the page using Laravelserve, I just get a blank page.

welcome.blade.php

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="{{ str_replace('_', '-', app()->getLocale()) }}">
    <head>
        <meta charset="utf-8">
        <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">

        <title>Laravel</title>

        <!-- Fonts -->
        <link href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Nunito:wght@400;600;700&display=swap" rel="stylesheet">

    </head>
    <body class="antialiased">
        <div id='app'>
            <Home />
        </div>

        <script scr="{{ asset('js/app.js') }}"></script>
    </body>
</html>

app.js

require('./bootstrap');

import { createApp } from 'vue'

import Home from './components/Home.vue';

const app = createApp({});

app.component('home', Home);

app.mount('#app');

Home.vue

<template>
    <div>
        <h1> WELCOME </h1>
    </div>
</template>

webpack.mix.js

const mix = require('laravel-mix');

/*

mix.js('resources/js/app.js', 'public/js')
    .vue()
    .postCss('resources/css/app.css', 'public/css', [
        //
    ]);

    Have you tried changing the tag in the blade from <Home /> to <home /> ? As another user wrote, you have to add .default

    in the line where you import the component

    I can't comment due to my score, sorry have to do like an awning.

    Are you sure the line app.component('home', Home); is the correct way to import comp? Because based on what I found, this would be

    Vue.component('home', require('./components/Home.vue').default);

    That's it.
