PHP - Fatal Error: Uncaught Error: Attempt to assign property on null and warning for reading property
I'm coding in PHP and I'm getting some errors and it's also skipping my else statement

So when I run the code it shows 2 errors i.e.
1) Warning: Trying to read property "is_tfa_enabled" of null in C:xampphtdocsFinalYearProjectUsersuser_login.php on line 148
2) Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Trying to assign property 'is_verified' on null in C:xampphtdocsFinalYearProjectUsersuser_login.php:170 Stack trace: #0 {main} thrown in C:xampphtdocsFinalYearProjectUsersuser_login.php OK
Error 1 will be resolved when I change line 148 to $row_data['is_tfa_enabled']
