phpcms cannot be installed

1. Unzip the phpcms package, copy and paste the files in the install_package folder in phpcms to the root directory of the WWW website in phpstudy.

2. Enter http://localhost/install/ in the browser address bar, then press Enter and click to start the installation.

In the second step, the URL http://localhost/install/cannot be reached
