The solution to this problem is for Hbuilder phpstudy [provided that you have configured the local hubilder PHP environment]

is as follows:

Change the mode while watching, the small screw in the upper left corner—— Set up the WEB server,

 

Select HTML as the server and it will also become a PHP server
