    1. It is recommended to wait patiently for a while

    2. If it still does not execute, Ctrl C to interrupt decisively

    3. Update composer to the latest version: composer selfupdate

    4. Clear the local compsoer cache: composer clear-cache

    5. Replace the composer China full image, it is recommended to change to Alibaba Cloud (address question)

    6. Delete the previous laravel project. If the directory is not created, please ignore
