localhost cannot be opened?
The appserv integrated environment configures the tp5.1 site to occupy port 80. Is localhost unable to be opened? How to set it up to open it again? Beginners have been working on it for a long time but haven't been able to solve it. Can any teacher give me an answer? Thank you 1
