Integrated environment: win10 PHP toolbox
Enable extension: extension=php_oci8_12c.dll
extension=php_pdo_oci.dll
is not seen in phpinfo oci, this configuration does not work. I saw that these two files exist.
The attempt to open extension=php_pdo_odbc.dll was successful.
