Turn off "Automatic binding of entries to modules" in the PHP toolbox

Dear teachers, I installed ThinkPHP using the PHP toolbox and created the directory mssah under WWW. Before structuring the source code of the project, I first added index.php to the directory mssah for testing. There is no problem with the site domain name management settings. Set---website directory D:\myphp_www\PHPTutorial\WWW\mmsah. When running, index.php in the WWW directory is always executed. It should be the "entry automatically bound to the module" of the PHP toolbox. I don't know how to close it, thank you!

The toolbox does not have: The entrance is automatically bound to the module. In this way, it is just an integrated environment. As for index.php, which is in the root directory every time you access it, we don’t know. You can describe the problem in more detail. , such as how you accessed it, what the link is, whether the site configuration hosts file has been modified, etc.
