phpstudy enable oci8 error

I have enabled the service in php.ini and opened the expansion, but it just doesn’t work. I have restarted the computer and phpstudy n times

oci8 is loaded repeatedly. Check whether the configuration file has extension=php_oci8.dll written twice.
