Why does the phpStudy2018 version choose version 5.5.38+Apache or above, and the SQL database is garbled when exported?

If you choose version 5.5.38 or above, the SQL database files exported using PHPMYADMIN management will be garbled. If you use versions below this version, there will be no garbled characters? I am using the UTF-8 character set. When will PHPSTUDY solve this BUG? QQ图片20180915150312.png

Incorrect encoding. Do not open it with Notepad

It can't be opened normally with Notepad, and the same error is reported when importing the database. I tried it.

At present, I can only select the SQL statement when exporting, and then copy and save it as a Notepad file, so that garbled characters will not appear. If the default compressed file or other methods of storing database files will appear, garbled characters will appear. It seems that PHP5.5 version and PHPmyadmin have bugs.

Although copying SQL statements can solve the problem of small databases, if the database runs very slowly, alas
