Teacher, I use dump(config::get()); to get the configuration. There is obviously no app_status in my config/app.php, but there is app_status in the dump(config::get()); output. Where is this? Where are you coming from? I can't think of riding my sister.

You can see somewhere in the source code that the loading order is conventional configuration->application configuration->module configuration->dynamic configuration.
