Questions about php toolbox

Excuse me, PHP Toolbox-"Environment-"Running Status-"Apache is green, but Mysql is red. How can I change it to green?

    Click to start and see if it can be started. If it cannot start, the mysql3306 port may be occupied.

    In [Other Options Menu]->[PHP Toolbox Settings]->[Port General Settings], there is a [Port Detection] that can detect whether port 3306 is occupied. The service cannot be started.

    Thank you, it may be used by the site, but it can be accessed. The two MySQLs are shared, but there is no PHP Chinese manual in [PHP Toolbox]->[Manual]-[Server-side Development], but there are other manuals. This What's going on? I just downloaded it today.
