Apach cannot start when phpstudy configures the virtual directory

My computer is a win10 system and port 80 is occupied. I changed it to monitor port 8080 and Localhoust can be started. Then configure the virtual domain name, fill in the domain name, port 8080, select the file location, save the configuration file and then Apache will not start. Disable http_vhosts and enable it again. In one sentence, I cannot get up after enabling the virtual directory. Please give me the answer

It’s silly, it can actually support win10. You don’t need a virtual machine. You can just open a virtual machine to do things. You can ask this and that unnutritious topic all day long→_→

The requirements for win10 are not high, and the laptop is stuck using a virtual machine.

Brother, I have been doing hardware for more than ten years and installing systems for more than ten years. When I just graduated, I often struggled with some system failures and would not go home if they failed. I don’t know when it became a matter of building a system no matter what problem couldn’t be solved in two minutes. After more than ten years, I didn’t do much research on technical issues, nor did I improve them. Recently, computers can no longer be sold, and there is no money for maintenance. I just think about how I have wasted more than ten years, and I feel like I will be eliminated. Now I want to learn php again. Sometimes you can force yourself by facing a problem head-on.

There is other software in the computer, and I don’t want to damage the other software.
