The website is offline and cannot be accessed

Newbie, I built a PHP website with MySQL 5.2. The website will be disconnected from time to time and cannot be accessed. MySQL must be restarted before the website can be accessed normally. I am a newbie, please give me some advice.

    Look at the version requirements of the project. Correspond to the version. What are the error messages?
