Is the error 404 or something else? You need to restart the service after the configuration is completed

Thanks for the answer. It's not a 404 error. I use Firefox and it says "Connection failed. Firefox cannot establish a connection to the www.myphp.com:81 server.". I have restarted the service numerous times.
