The newly installed PHPstudy http://localhost/phpMyAdmin/ cannot be opened.

The requested URL /phpMyAdmin/ was not found on this server.

There is no problem even after checking the hosts

127.0.0.1 localhost

80 and 3306 port detection is normal!

The root directory of the website is also correct.

The website is also configured. Just can't open it. What is the problem?

    I reinstalled the manual version and then upgraded it. I can access http://localhost/phpMyAdmin/, but now there is another situation. I installed win10 on my local computer. Now I can’t access the local computer as long as I open the Internet. Configure the website to disable the Internet before you can open the local site.
