Localhost access 404 error after overwriting the 2016 version with the 2018 version

The added website can be accessed normally, but this local domain name cannot be accessed. What's going on?

You can clear and save the contents of the PHPTutorial/Apache/conf/vhosts.conf file in the toolbox installation path and then restart the toolbox.
