Check whether the error message is from the web server, such as apache nginx IIS. Check the one you are using and then recall whether you have changed the configuration file of the web server after installing the environment. If you have the ability, you can analyze the web server. If the log fails, download an original default configuration file of your web server to overwrite it or uninstall and reinstall it directly
