After adding a local tool shortcut to my tools in the php toolbox, nothing happens when I click it.

As the title states, no matter whether you click or double-click to add a tool, there is no response, and the toolbox installation cannot make path selection, which is unpleasant.

I figured it out myself. It turns out that I can only drag the .exe file or the shortcut created in the program directory to the toolbox, and directly drag the shortcut on the desktop into it, which will cause the same situation as the title.
