The DocumentRoot in Apache is configured as a newly created folder,

but localhost and 127.0.0.1 still access the previous default directory?

The rest of the items are all fine!

localhost and 127.0.0.1 both access the local area by default. You need to configure the virtual host apache. After changing it, you need to add the domain name you defined in the hosts file.

Similarly: 127.0.0.1 Your domain name
