Solution about being unable to start apache

Since I received a push today, the original phpstudy kept reporting errors. After logging in to the official website, I found that it had been updated and added it to the PHPCN toolbox. I couldn’t wait to download and update it, and reinstalled System 08. After installing the PHPCN toolbox, I found that Apache couldn't start, so I looked for the problem. In the end, the problem was in the VC library environment of phpstudy. If you have the same problem as me, just download and install vc9_x86

Your php version may be php7, which requires the vc runtime library.
