If there is a problem caused by network reasons, you can try to log out of the software and log in again and click Download Guest to solve the problem.

I restarted and exiting the software still doesn't work. What should I do?

Check the network and try deleting the PHPTutorial folder and PHPTutorial.zip in the directory where the software is located, as well as the ToolsConfig.INI configuration file.
