After installing the PHP toolbox, click Start. Apache can start, but MySQL cannot start? And the previous installation of mysql has been disabled, please see the attached picture.

    Check if iis is installed. It needs to be closed. This is mainly because port 80 is occupied. Then check if you have customized the domain name. If you have customized the domain name, delete it and save it.

    The port number is occupied. After the toolbox is opened, other services will be terminated. You can just close the previous mysql process or uninstall it directly

    If you cannot start MySQL, you need to check whether port 3306 is occupied. The service is always prohibited. You can try to start MySQL in non-system mode
