PHP developer tool mysql does not start

The first installation started normally. When configuring the TP5 file, I accidentally decompressed it to the root directory of WWW. Then, after uninstalling and installing it several times, MYSQL still does not start. What should I do?

There is a port conflict. Your computer should have mysql installed or other integrated environments occupying the port. Please try to modify the port or uninstall it.
