javascript - js scroll slides items near the top to show at the top
I want to implement a function now, which is to slide the sliding list. When the sliding is still, the items near the top are displayed at the top. Like this: 
(The force may be light or heavy, and it may stop anywhere when the slide is still) . Has anyone done this effect? Please give me some advice, thank you....
