android - Android activity displays controls that are not on top

Question

I made a gradient title bar and found that when going from the startup page to the home page, the list below the banner bar will be displayed directly, and the banner bar will be squeezed to the top and manually swiped up to appear. Is there any way to force the topmost control to appear?
