apache - Mac failed to access localhost

Question

I want to access local PHP files on a mac (using the apache server that comes with the Mac) and enable Internet sharing, but the browser is still prohibited from accessing http:/localhost. (The firewall is also turned off)

Is it because you didn’t add a port number after your localhost? I am using mamp, but localhost alone cannot access it. After adding the port number, I can access it
